Your Pattaya admin cycle
Organize the stay around events, not one generic checklist.
The document that matters changes when you arrive, settle, remain continuously, travel or approach the end of a permission. Start with the event in front of you.
When you settle
Confirm which office is responsible for the address, save the lease and Immigration receipts, and open any route-specific banking or insurance task early enough to resolve a refusal or missing document.
While you remain
Track the actual stay record—not the visa label alone. Keep separate reminders for 90-day reporting, extensions, address changes and any financial-evidence period attached to the chosen route.
Before you leave
Check whether a re-entry permit is needed to preserve the remaining permission. After returning, record the new arrival date and recalculate any event-based reporting deadline.

Official tourism material names Naklua Fish Market and Wong Amat Beach separately. Those names help with orientation, but neither proves a building's access, condition or surroundings; decide from the exact pin and property.
Naklua
Thailand's tourism authority identifies Naklua Fish Market and the older Naklua trading area as local food and community stops. Check the property's distance from the exact market, main road and daily transport you intend to use.
Wongamat
The official Pattaya destination page separately names Wong Amat Beach. Treat “Wongamat” as a location clue, then verify public-road access, beach access, construction, noise and the actual unit.
Jomtien and Pratumnak
Check the exact building, gradient, transport routine, beach access, construction and flood history; do not transfer one street's conditions to the whole area.
East Pattaya
Check vehicle dependence, utilities, drainage, delivery access and the real commute at the times you would make it.
