Do I have to pay Thai tax on foreign income?
Depends. LTR W/P/T holders are exempt under Royal Decree 743. Everyone else: if you stay 180+ days you become a Thai tax resident, and foreign income you remit to Thailand is taxable regardless of which year it was earned — a personal allowance and Double Tax Agreement relief may apply.
