The specialists we trust
When your case needs a Thai immigration lawyer, a corporate accountant, an established visa agent, or a notary — we make a warm introduction to one of the specialists in our vetted network. No commission flows back to us. The introduction is free.
Five professional categories
For each case we receive, we pick the specialist whose practice fits best. We never make blanket recommendations.
Thai immigration lawyers
For complex cases: PR applications, citizenship, overstay disputes, work permit revocations, multi-visa transitions. Pattaya, Bangkok, and Phuket coverage.
Thai tax accountants
For LTR Royal Decree 743 tax exemption, foreign-income remittance, FATCA/CRS compliance, and corporate accounting for foreigners with Thai limited companies.
Established visa agents
For the application paperwork itself — retirement extensions, marriage Non-O, ED visa enrolment. Pattaya-based, English-speaking, transparent pricing, no "guaranteed approval" claims.
Property + legal due diligence
For buying condos, leasing land, or setting up Thai company structures for property. Title search, foreign-quota verification, lease drafting.
Notaries + translators
Certified translators for foreign documents (marriage certs, degrees, income affidavits) and notarisation services accepted by Thai immigration and amphoe offices.
Health insurance brokers
For mandatory O-A insurance (THB 3M minimum) and LTR insurance (USD 50k minimum). Compare Cigna Global, BUPA Thailand, AIA, April International across age and pre-existing conditions.
How we vet specialists
A specialist makes it into our network only after passing all four checks:
- Credentials verified. Bar license, accountant registration, or business licence reviewed and confirmed with the issuing authority. Visa agents must be operating as a registered Thai limited company (not informal solo).
- Three years minimum track record in Pattaya / Bangkok with verifiable client references.
- No "guaranteed approval" marketing. Any specialist whose website promises 100% success or hides fees is rejected on principle.
- Trial cases. We send 2-3 of our own consulting cases through them and review outcomes, communication, and pricing before adding them to the network.
Why we do not list specialists publicly
Three reasons:
- Match quality. The right lawyer for a PR application is not the right lawyer for an overstay dispute. We match case-by-case rather than offering a generic directory.
- Capacity. If we listed names publicly, the good specialists would be overwhelmed with cold inquiries and quality would degrade.
- No incentive distortion. A public list creates pressure to inflate quality claims. A private network keeps us honest.
How the introduction works
You book a free 15-minute consultation or send an email describing your case. We:
- Determine which specialist category fits
- Pick the specific specialist whose practice strengths align with your case
- Send a 3-way email introduction with your case summary and the specialist's contact
- Step back. From that point, your engagement is directly with the specialist.
Reciprocity
The specialists in our network occasionally refer cases back to us when a client needs visa-pathway mapping before legal/accounting work begins. There is no money flowing in either direction — the referrals are based on fit, not commission.
If a specialist disappoints
Tell us. If we hear repeated quality complaints about a specialist in our network, they are dropped at the next quarterly review. This has happened twice in two years.
