The Chonburi official public-handbook index is a starting point for the published service instructions. A form’s name identifies the task; it does not prove eligibility or supply every local supporting document.

Before you print or upload

1. Check that the document is issued or linked by Immigration, rather than copied into an agent’s sales checklist.
2. Match the task and category. A retirement conversion checklist is not an annual extension checklist.
3. Read the current instructions for signatures, photographs, copies and supporting evidence. Do not assume the same pack works for every service.
4. Confirm the responsible office and your actual deadline. Downloading or completing a form does not submit the application.

Changing status is a separate application

Immigration’s published retirement conversion sheet distinguishes TM86 for a Tourist or Transit visa holder from TM87 for a person admitted without a visa. It also states its own filing-time and evidence requirements. Those conversion forms are not substitutes for TM7.

Start with the Non-O retirement guide when the question is conversion versus a later extension. An official national example does not authenticate a universal current Jomtien checklist.

Keep personal documents with the official channel

These guides organise public instructions. Pattaya Visa Help does not accept passport scans or submit an Immigration application. Follow the government portal or responsible office for the actual transaction. A printable worksheet on this site is a planning aid, not an official form.
