Royal Decree 743 — LTR Foreign-Income Tax Exemption

Royal Decree 743, issued in 2022 and refined in 2024, exempts foreign-source income remitted to Thailand from Thai personal income tax for LTR Wealthy Pensioner and Wealthy Global Citizen holders. The exemption is the single biggest financial advantage of the LTR over the DTV or Privilege.
