Location, hours, and buildings
Address: Jomtien Immigration Office, Soi 5, Jomtien Beach Road (Thappraya Road area). This replaced the old Second Road Pattaya office — do not follow outdated Google Maps pins.
Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–16:30. Lunch closure approximately 12:00–13:00 — counters may empty mid-day. Closed weekends and public holidays. Thai holidays catch foreigners off guard; check before you queue.
Building A: Primary hall for visa extensions, 90-day reports (walk-in backup), re-entry permits, passport stamp queries.

Queue reality by day (May 2026 patterns)
- Monday 07:30–08:30: Heaviest extension queues. Retirees and agents arrive early. Expect 90–150 minutes to completion if documents perfect.
- Tuesday: Still heavy; post-holiday Tuesdays worse when Monday was closed.
- Wednesday–Thursday 09:00–11:00: Historically lighter for 90-day reporting and some extension types — not guaranteed but best odds.
- Friday afternoon: Spikes before weekend travel; re-entry permit demand rises.
