TM30 — Address-of-Residence Report
TM30 is the Thai Immigration report that the property owner or possessor must file within 24 hours of a foreigner taking up residence. Landlords are technically responsible, but if your landlord does not file, you become responsible. Online filing through the immigration portal is available.
