What we do NOT do
To set expectations: we are not a law firm and not an immigration agent. We do not:
- Submit visa applications on your behalf (a licensed visa agent does that)
- Take payment for Privilege / LTR memberships (no kickbacks from the program operators)
- Charge per-visa-class pricing — the 15-minute consultation is free regardless of which visa you end up choosing
- Offer "guaranteed approval" — anyone who promises that is misleading you
Refund policy
Tier 3 hourly work: if you are not satisfied with the written analysis within 7 days of delivery, full refund, no questions. We have issued one refund in 18 months — the client misunderstood the scope and we agreed they were right to refund.
